This grade of tool steel offers outstanding ease of machining. These graphitic particles add increased resistance to wear and galling in service. O-6 is safe and easy to handle during heat treatment due to the broad hardening range. Flats and square sizes are regular O-6 material; rounds are Graph-MO*.
